By accessing or using QuickBookNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
QuickBookNow provides an online booking management platform for businesses. We offer booking page hosting, appointment scheduling, staff management, and related tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Business owners must provide accurate business information. You may not use the service for illegal purposes.
4. Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into QuickBookNow. We retain a license to process this data solely for providing our services. Upon account termination, you may export your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
QuickBookNow is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will be revoked, but your public booking page will remain active for 30 days.
